Essential Oil Basics

The topic of essential oils can be over whelming and confusing. There is a lot of misinformation out there, but luckily this is an area I have been studying and teaching about for over a decade. I'm here to help simplify how you can make use of these powerful tools! Learn the basics, safety tips, and how to find natural solutions to support your health goals.

Movement

There will be several opportunities if you would like to get some movement in. Walks or time for easy hikes to explore the area will be a highlight. Other options, led by professionals, may include: gentle restorative yoga sessions, breath work, meditation and stretching. You may opt for all or none of what is offered at your retreat! You will always have other options or simply more time to rest and relax.

Green Cleaning

Ready to clean up your cleaning products?! Learn some easy ways to "switch and ditch" the toxic chemicals.  Make two safe, effective cleaners to take home that will clean just about everything in your home!

Instead of struggling with the side effects from your cleaning products, receive the side benefits from these amazing aromas cleaning your home!

Spa DIYs

In need of some pampering? Aren't we all!? Well you are in luck!

You get to create your own custom foot soak/bath products to enjoy immediately as well as take home for future home spa sessions.

Healthy Organic Meals

All meals and snacks have been mindfully planned along side a local plant-based chef, and lovingly prepared for you on site! We include organic, local options as much as possible and will work with you to accommodate your dietary needs. Forget having to even THINK about what's for dinner :) We've got you covered from the moment you arrive.

Stress Less Techniques

We can always keep learning and growing in our relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Whether you are new to these practices, or use them daily, come relax and receive guidance from our wellness professionals.

What you can expect on your Bloom Retreat

Each retreat will be unique, but here is a glimpse into what you can expect at a Bloom Retreat!

You will be provided with a suggested packing list, directions to the retreat location, and all you need to do is show up! You are welcomed at the door, given a tour of our space, and helped to your room where you will find a gift basket with locally inspired items to enhance your retreat experience! Enjoy some spa water, a fun seasonal beverage, or cup of tea, relax and get settled.

 

Your first evening will include a healthy home cooked meal, one of many you will enjoy throughout your stay. Take a mental load off not having to even think of groceries, planning, cooking, cleaning for 5 meals in a row! After dinner, get cozy and join in on an interactive essential oil class. Learn the basics, access some of the best resources and feel inspired to make use of nature's medicine cabinet. You can utilize the oils in several of our diys and wellness offerings throughout the weekend, so covering this first will be helpful! 


As we wrap up evening one, you get to create your own custom foot or bath salts! Put these salts to use right away as you rest your tired feet in a detoxing foot bath before bed. Enjoy a delicious tumbler of spa water, a yummy mocktail or a mug of local 27 Teas "Power Off". Relish your free time, visit around a relaxing fire on the patio or cozy fireplace in the living room, head to bed early or stay up and connect with like minded incredible women! Whatever you choose will be right for you and sure to fill your cup!

Day 2, sleep in or rise early to go for a walk or hike. Enjoy a cup of freshly brewed organic coffee or locally sourced tea. Once again enjoy a hearty, healthy breakfast served to you without you having to raise a finger! Learn how to give and receive an Aroma Touch hand massage, get comfortable and join in on a gentle restorative yoga session, experience a breath work session, be guided through a writing journaling session, learn and practice some stress relieving tools. Enjoy lunch and maybe an afternoon nap!

 

Later in the day make your own custom, non toxic AND powerful natural cleaning products for you to take home! Learn about how simple green cleaning can be and how beneficial this is for you and your family's' health!

 

Wind down in the evening with some quiet time, play a game or work on a puzzle with some of the other ladies, maybe we enjoy the outdoor space or cozy up indoors. Enjoy some social time or head to bed for some more beauty rest!

 

Your final morning, enjoy your morning meal, cup of coffee or tea and take in some fresh air. Enjoy a relaxing guided mediation, reflect on your experience and get ready to head home feeling completely relaxed and empowered with some new tools to care for yourself and your loved ones!
