Where do the retreats take place?

Each retreat will be unique and at a unique location. In general they will be held within 2 hours of Hollis, NH(primarily in the White Mountain or Seacoast areas). Location requests welcome!

What does each retreat end up costing?

Each retreat is one of a kind with location, menu, gift packages, number of attendees, etc We have done our best to give you a close estimate for each of the Retreat Offerings.

Retreats are typically $995 for a shared room and $1250 for a private room. However there may be less expensive options at certain locations. There may be elevated options or add ons at certain locations or retreats, so each one will be priced accordingly. You will always know in advance with no additional costs beyond that ever!

You will of course be given the exact amount before any commitment is made :)

How long is each retreat?

This also depends on each retreat, but typically they will be Friday evening- Sunday mid day. Mid week retreats upon request!

Question 4

Will there be food?!

Absolutely! An organic plant-based menu designed by local plant-based chef Lauren D'Agostino, will be served. Animal protein add-ins available :), gluten free and dairy free options available as well. Fruit, protein snacks, and coffee/tea will be available at all times.

If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please include that in your registration.

Do you offer private retreat bookings?

YES! All of the retreats can be reserved for just you and your family, friends, work team etc

What should I pack?

A suggested packing list will be provided upon registration, don’t worry - we’re keeping it casual!

Question 7

How will I learn my strengths? Is there a test I take? Is this included?

You will find out what your Clifton Strengths are through taking an online “test” @ gallup.com (gallup.com)This test IS included in your retreat package!

Once you have paid your deposit, email me at fullbloomretreats@gmail.com (mailto:fullbloomretreats@gmail.com)or text me 460-570-6390 and I will send you your unique test code I will purchase for you.

If you have already taken this test and have your full 34 unlocked report (or choose to do it on your own, $50 will be taken Off of your retreat pricing!) Please have the test taken at least 10 days prior to the retreat.

Plan to set aside about 30-45 mins of UNINTERRUPTED time as this test takes into account the time it takes you on each question. Don’t worry, the test isn’t difficult or something you study for :) Think questions like, “I plan every move or I trust my gut”.

Will there be down time?

Absolutely! All three retreats focus on you and you returning well rested. The Nourish Retreat is a spa retreat focusing on rest, relaxation and pampering. Bloom and Flourish also offer walks, relaxation and chatting over a cup of tea, but the focus is crafted toward a more specific experience.

What if I need to cancel at the last minute?

Emergencies happen! So if something pops up that needs your attention, last minute cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind that the group dynamics are carefully curated by Nancy, so do your best to keep your commitment for yourself and the other attendees.
